This tutorial is my own creation.

It’s assumed that you have working knowledge on how to use filters/plugins.
This tutorial is written using P.S.P 16 but it can also be done in other versions
Animation Shop I will ref to this as AS
Filter DBS Flux
Tube of choice- I used Barbara Jensen.

Font of choice I used Penquin Attack
Lets begin
Remember to save often
Step 1.
New image 600 x 300, fill with a colour from your tube.
I used #d9272f, name this background, active your preset tool and find one you like.
I used one called Quilt 2, name this layer Quilt.
If you do not have it email me and I will zip it up for you.
Step 2
Take your magic wand set at inside and click inside the frame.
See my tag for ref: you want to make four layers in all, name them Noise one to four.
Step 3
Copy and paste your tube, give it a drop shadow.
Shift D thisd is for your AV, put to one side for now.
Step 4
New raster layer fill with Black.
Select all Modify by 6 hit delete and select none. \
Add your copyright and name
Step 5
Active your Noise 1 apply DBS Flux Bright Noise Intensity 44, apply this to all four layers.
Copy merge and take to AS, paste as a new image.
Back to P.S.P, undo bright noise and re-apply BUT only apply it to noise two and four.
And hit the mix button, copy merge and take to AS, paste after current frame.
Back to P.S.P, undo bright noise, and re-apply BUT only apply it to noise one and three
Copy merge and take to AS, paste after current frame
Edit all and set frames at 50.
Step 6
Open up the image you put to one side and crop by 150 X 150.
If you want to animate the AV repeat step 5.
PLEASE remember if you use any part of your tube to add your copyright
