It’s assumed that you have working knowledge on how to use filters/plugins.
This tutorial is written using PSP 9 but it can also be done in other versions
Fire Animation of choice, sorry I can not share but there are loads out there you can use
Filter Kiwi's Oelfilter Augenspiegel
Tube of choice- I used Jamie Kidd, you want a close up and a smaller one,
I brought mine when she was at CLIM,
her work is now available at CDO here http://cdoestore.com/
Drop Shadow I used was H & V 4 Opacity 40 Blur 5
Font of choice I used Arabella
Fire Animation of choice
Gradient made with two colours from your tube
Rectangle, Angle 0 Repeats 0, or one that looks good with your tube
Lets begin
Remember to save often
Step 1.
I image 600 x 300 fill with a light colour, name this background,
new raster layer fill with your with your gradient,
and apply, Kiwi's Oelfilter Augenspiegel, with the settings in shot 1,
as the middle looks like a flame, name this flame lower this down to 80

Copy and paste your tube put on the right hand side,
re-size if necessary, if you re-size apply, Adjust, Sharpen,
and give it a drop shadow, move this down below your flame layer,
active your flame layer, and copy and paste your close up of your tube,
place on the left hand size, crop your image at this stage.
Step 3
Active your background layer duplicate, and bring it to the top of your image,
select all modify, contact by 4 hit delete, select none,
give this the same drop shadow.close this layer off
Step 4
Add your name and copyright, and a saying I did Red Hot,
as it suited the image, close these all off for now.
Shift D this is for your AV, put this image to one side
Step 5
Open up AS and find the animation you are going to use,
with your background, flame, tube layers open,
and the rest of the layers closed, copy merge,
and take over to AS paste as a new image,
and make the same number of frames as your animation has,
the one I used had 3, then Edit Select All, Propagate,
do the same with your animation and paste this into your new image.
Step 6
Close off the open layers and open up the layers you had closed,
copy merge and take to AS, paste as a new image,
and make the same number of frames as the image you had just made,
Edit Select All, Propagate, paste this into your new image.
When happy save as a GIF.
Step 6
Back to PSP open up the image that you put to one side,
and crop this by150 X 150, using the part of image you want,
add your name and copyright, repeat step 3.
PLEASE remember if you use any part of your tube to add your copywrite
