Mane Attraction
This tutorial is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial, is purely coincidental.

It’s assumed that you have working knowledge on how to use filters/plugins.
This tutorial is written using P.S.P. 16 but it can also be done in other versions

Filter MuRa's Meister Cloud
Tube of choice- I used Barbara Jensen.

Font of choice I used Yataghen
Drop Shadow of choice I used was H & V 4 Opacity 50 Blur 5
Please remember to Adjust and Sharpen your Tube if you resize
Remember to save often
Step 1
New image 600 X 300, Select all, open up paper 9, copy and paste INTO section, select none.
Name this back ground
Take your freehand selection tool set at Point to Point, Add, Feather 0 Smoothing 0. and Anti-alias ticked.
And go round the sea you want to move.
Promote to Layer, name this sea, close this layer for now.
Step 2
Find your element 11 sand, copy and paste it as a new layer.
Move it to bottom of image name this sand, you do not need very much of it.
Step 3
Find any other elements you want to use.
I used elements 2, 18. 19, 41, and 45, you will need to resize them all.
Place them, were you like see my tag for ref:
Step 4
Copy and paste your tube. I placed mine on right hand side, give it a drop shadow.
Shift D this is for your AV
Step 5
Add your Artist copyright and your name, give your name a drop shadow
New layer fill with a colour from your tube I did #c62324 from her top.
Select, Modify, Contact by 6 hit delete.
Effects, Texture, Sandstone default settings.
Step 6
To make sure my water layer lines up in the right place,
I made a new raster layer named it blank, and moved it below sea 1.
Close off all the layer's apart from your blank layer and sea 1, copy merged and take to AS.
Copy and paste as a new image, apply Insert Image Effect, Underwater shot 1,
this will make 11 frames, go to frame one and delete it.

Back to P.S.P. You can delete the sea layer now as you do not need it

Back to P.S.P close off background layer, copy merge.
And take over to A.S, paste as a new image and make the same number of frames as your image you just made.
Edit All, Propagate active the image you just made and paste this on to the water layer.

Step 9
Open up the image you closed earlier and crop it,by 150 X150.
Using her eyes as your A.V. repeat from *** to *** if you wish to animate it
