Tube of choice- I used Jamie Kidd
I brought mine when she was with CILM,
You can get her work here now http://www.cdoestore.com/
Scrap Kit of choice I used one by Aw.Design. http://awdesignsblog.blogspot.co.uk/
I am not sure is this kit is still available
Font of choice I used Tapestry and Tattoo to make the Japanese Objects
Lets begin
Remember to save often
Step 1.
New image 500 x 500 fill with a Light colour from your tube.
I used #efe8d8 , name this background.
Apply Unlimited 2.0 Paper Back grounds, Japanese Paper Nature.
Find the frame you are going to use, copy and paste as a new layer.
Name this background.
Step 2
Take your magic wand and click in the frame.
Select All Modify and Expand by 3, Invert keep Selected, copy and paste your tube.
Duplicate your tube stay on the original. and hit delete.
Active the duplicate, take your erase tool and erase the bottom of your tube
When you are happy you can delete the original, give your tube a drop shadow.
Step 3
Take your selection tool set at Rectangle, and make one in the left hand corner of your image,
KEEP selected, if you use same tube as me there will be a garland of flowers,
copy and paste this in to selection, Select None, duplicate and mirror and flip.
Give them both a drop shadow.
If you do not use same tube make your self a garland,
by using a flower using your preset tool
Step 4
Find any other Embellishments you want to use.
Add your copyright and name, give your name a drop shadow.
Hope you enjoy my tutorial.
Any problems please feel free to email me at [email protected]
Please remember this is just a guide.
I would love to see any work you have made using my tutorials
