This tutorial is written using PSP 9 but it can also be done in other versions.
What we will need for this tutorial:-
Paint Shop Pro (PSP) any version mine was done in PSP9
Filter MuRa's Meister Copies
Filter L and K Elivida and Antonio
Filter Eye Candy Impact Perspective Shadow
Tube of choice- I using Anthony Guerra
Please do not use unless you have a license I brought mine when he was at CDO
Anthony is no longer selling Tubes anywhere
Font of choice
Remember to save as you go along
Lets get started
Step 1
Open a new image 600 x 250
Copy and paste your tube
MuRa's Copies as shot 1 you need the image to be coverd so play around with the numbers
Please do not copy and use as your own work

Lets get started
Step 1
Open a new image 600 x 250
Copy and paste your tube
MuRa's Copies as shot 1 you need the image to be coverd so play around with the numbers
Step 2
Duplicate working on the original apply L & K Elvida see shot 2
Duplicate working on the original apply L & K Elvida see shot 2
Step 3 Go to your duplicate Adjust Gassin Blur 10 still on this layer, apply L & K Antonio, shot 3
Step 4 Effect Edges Enhance, you may need to do this twice I did,
now lower the opacity to about 80 but play around till you get some thing you like.merge visable
Step 5
As my tube is laying down I wanted her to look as if she was hanging off a cloud,
I made her a tube make a rectangel this comes with your PSP preset shapes,
FG nil BG white make over lapping your tag, convet to raster still working on this go to
Eeffects Geometric spherize shot 4
now lower the opacity to about 80 but play around till you get some thing you like.merge visable
Step 5

Still on your tube you made Effects Texture effects fur shot 5
Step 6 Copy and paste your tube resize if you need to place it on the cloud you have made
once happy merge down now apply Eye Candy Perspective Shadow, blurry setting
Step 7
New raster layer fill with a dark colour from your tube, Select all Modify by 3 px
Hit delete, deselect
Add your copyright info and your name
Step 8
A.V
Shift and D
Crop the piece of tag you want to use 150 x 150 pix
Iif you use any of the tube remember to add your copy write
Add your name.
The 2nd set I made I used the wonderful art work of Barbara Jensen

once happy merge down now apply Eye Candy Perspective Shadow, blurry setting

New raster layer fill with a dark colour from your tube, Select all Modify by 3 px
Hit delete, deselect
Add your copyright info and your name
