This tutorial is written using PSP 16 but it can also be done in other versions

Pattern of choice I used one I had in my PSP called Stripes 29
Drop Shadow I used was H & V 5 Opacity 40 Blur 5

Lets begin
Remember to save often
Step 1.
New transparent image 600 x 400 fill with your patten,
duplicate on the duplicate apply Filters Unlimited 2.0 Frames Marble and Crystal,
see shot one, working on this layer take your section tool and go inside the frame, promote to layer, and hit delete.

Step 1.
New transparent image 600 x 400 fill with your patten,
duplicate on the duplicate apply Filters Unlimited 2.0 Frames Marble and Crystal,
see shot one, working on this layer take your section tool and go inside the frame, promote to layer, and hit delete.
Step 2
With your frame still selected, Select all Modify and Expand by 1,
copy and paste your tube on the left hand side, resizing if necessary,
if you do need to resize, Adjust Sharpen. Hit delete and move under your frame, select none,
give your tube a heavy drop shadow, I did H & V 1- Opacity 60 Blur 10,
apply Luminance (L) and lower it down to 70.
Step 3
Copy and paste your tube, place on the right hand side, re-size if it needs it,
please remember if you re-size to, Adjust, Sharpen, give it a drop shadow.
add your name and a saying, give your name and saying the same drop shadow as your tube,
add your copyright
Step 4
Working on your tube take your section tool and go round her wings,
promote to layer and apply Dsb Flux Bright Noise Intensity 35 Mix,
copy merge and take over to AS, paste as a new image, back to PSP.
undo Bright noise re-apply but hit the mix button twice, copy merge and take over to AS,
paste after current frame, save as GIF

With your frame still selected, Select all Modify and Expand by 1,
copy and paste your tube on the left hand side, resizing if necessary,
if you do need to resize, Adjust Sharpen. Hit delete and move under your frame, select none,
give your tube a heavy drop shadow, I did H & V 1- Opacity 60 Blur 10,
apply Luminance (L) and lower it down to 70.
Step 3
Copy and paste your tube, place on the right hand side, re-size if it needs it,
please remember if you re-size to, Adjust, Sharpen, give it a drop shadow.
add your name and a saying, give your name and saying the same drop shadow as your tube,
add your copyright
Step 4
Working on your tube take your section tool and go round her wings,
promote to layer and apply Dsb Flux Bright Noise Intensity 35 Mix,
copy merge and take over to AS, paste as a new image, back to PSP.
undo Bright noise re-apply but hit the mix button twice, copy merge and take over to AS,
paste after current frame, save as GIF
